The event has now started and we're unable to take any further bookings for spectator tickets

When making a booking please ensure all details you enter are correct - especially your email address. If your email address is not correct the system will not be able to send you your tickets and we will not be able to look your booking up for you.

Please note, we are unable to accept ticket bookings or requests via email. The online booker above must be used to secure your tickets.

    • Why do I need a ticket?

For the 2024 WMH Indoor World Cup all spectators will be required to get a FREE ticket before they will be allowed access to the venue. A ticket is required to enable the event organisers to monitor the number of people that will be attending the event, and ensure the correct number of stewards and medical personnel are present.

    • Who needs a ticket?

Anyone that is classed as a spectator to the 2024 WMH Indoor World Cup will need to purchase a ticket.

If you are part of a team (player, coach, manager, medical), an appointed official (umpire, technical official) or a member of the event crew (media, logistics etc.) you do not need a ticket, as you are already registered as attending with either IHUK or WMH.

    • How do I get my ticket?

All tickets will be delivered to your email inbox when using the online booker. You can download and save your tickets to your phone or print them off and bring them with you. Alternatively, you can show us the confirmation email when you arrive.

    • What if I forget or can't access my tickets?

We appreciate there's a lot to remember when coming to an event, particularly if you're coming from abroad. If you do forget your ticket, or you can't access it via your mobile device at the venue, don't worry - the event help desk will be able to search for your tickets on the database, and provide you with a pass to gain entry to the event.

    • I've arrived at the venue and don't have a ticket. Will I be turned away?

Yes and no. We need to know the number of people that will be in the venue to ensure all health and safety measures are met. Therefore if you don't have a ticket we can't let you in. However, if you have turned up without a ticket, as long as there are still tickets available, you can login to the venue wi-fi and get your tickets via the event website.

    • I don't want to give my details to a third-party ticketing company. How can I attend?

Fear not - our online booker is part of the Indoor Hockey UK system and your data is only accessible by Indoor Hockey UK and World Masters Hockey. Your data will be used in line with the Indoor Hockey UK Privacy Policy, and will only be used for event related activity.

    • The online booker isn't working. Can I contact someone?

If you are having any technical problems with the online booker, or you don't get a confirmation email with your tickets, please email ticketing@masters.indoorhockey.world and our event admin team will be able to help.
